UML Sequence Diagrams

I've just found an excellent resource called Agile Modeling that I wanted to share. In particular I've recently thrown myself back into sequence diagrams so went in search of a refresher. The best part of this guide is the stick men drawings on the page to illustrate the point ;-)

Why use sequence diagrams? Why build a house without a blueprint?
