Duo Consulting, a Chicago-based web development firm, seeks a build/integration whiz to handle all maintenance work for existing clients as well as complete build and integration work on new development as part of a project team. This position is great for new graduates looking to contribute a lot, and learn a lot, in a fast-paced web firm.

Responsibilities:
- Site and Application Maintenance: Take on estimating, executing management, and reporting of all maintenance on existing sites and web-based applications. Maintenance tasks range from adding full pieces of functionality, to graphic updates, to simple text changes. You will have direct communication with clients as well as the support of other developers, but will be charged with maintenance as top priority.

- Development: Become project team member for new development in the builder/integrator role.

Technical Requirements
** Please don't apply unless you meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years experience with HTML, XHTML, XML,  Dreamweaver and Javascript.

- CSS whiz

- ColdFusion experience is highly desired 
- Experience with graphic packages that include: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.

- cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility knowledge

- Experience with either ASP or  .NET, is a plus

Duo Consulting (www.duoconsulting.com) seeks an experienced ColdFusion developer to work with cross-functional project teams in the development and deployment of web-based applications. Chicago-based Duo Consulting has been developing web applications since 1999. Our marketing, design, and technology teams work closely together throughout the development process to create long-term, powerful solutions for our clients.

You will be expected to code (design, develop and maintain code) according to requirements and specifications; additionally, you will translate requirements documents and design mockups to fusebox circuits and integrate with code developed by you or others. You will also be encouraged to constantly challenge yourself to learn new skills and share that knowledge with your fellow technology team members.

Required experience includes expertise in ColdFusion MX, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. Must be comfortable working in a team environment and working as both a lead and supporting developer on multiple projects. Fusebox experience is a plus.

"Hi Adam thanks for you time today. I need for a ColdFusion developer to start sometime next week it is a two month project in Alpharetta, the candidate must have their own laptop, project details are below.

Project Description

This is a total compensation application which enables clients to present to their internal employees what their total employment package consists of. This application shows an employee what their salary, pension, 401k, vacation, bonus potential etc. will be.

The client has a current application that collects this information and it is written in CF, XML,XSLT but their client wants it presented in a different way for their company. The framework is in place but unlike all of our reqs so far there are absolutely no written specs telling these developers what to work on. So, we need a higher level person that can identify the problem and create the solution. They will be supported by an internal Developer who is remotely based in Canada.

Must have outstanding communication skills
